01About Elemental Academia

Elemental Academia is an online English learning and training platform based in Pakistan. We provide live, instructor-led English courses and academic tuition, as well as free educational content, feedback services, and AI-related education through our Elemental AI division.

Our services are delivered entirely online through live classes, digital content, and direct communication via WhatsApp, email, and our website.

02Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any of our services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• You are at least 13 years of age, or you are accessing our services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You will use our services only for lawful and legitimate educational purposes.
• The information you provide to us during registration or any other process is accurate, complete, and truthful.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you as the parent or guardian accept full responsibility for their use of our services and compliance with these terms.

03Course Enrollment and Registration

To enroll in any course at Elemental Academia, you must complete the registration form available on our website. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee immediate enrollment. All registrations are subject to:

• Seat availability in the requested course or batch
• Confirmation of schedule and fees through direct communication
• Final agreement between you and Elemental Academia via WhatsApp or call

Enrollment is only confirmed once Elemental Academia has contacted you, discussed all details, and both parties have agreed to proceed.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and course preference. Elemental Academia is not responsible for any delays or miscommunication resulting from inaccurate information provided during registration.

Seats in group classes are limited. Priority is given on a first-come, first-confirmed basis. Registering without confirming enrollment details does not reserve a seat. Your seat is only secured after final confirmation and payment of the applicable fee.

04Fees and Payment

Fees vary by course and learning mode (group or one-on-one). Current fees are as follows:

Elemental Academia reserves the right to revise fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to existing students before taking effect.

Payment is required at the beginning of each month before classes commence for that month. Elemental Academia will communicate the accepted payment methods directly during the enrollment process. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to classes until payment is received.

Discounts or customized payment plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Elemental Academia. Any agreed discount or custom arrangement must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email before it is considered valid.

Elemental Academia offers a free demo class for most courses. The demo class is provided once per student per course, free of charge, and does not obligate you to enroll. Elemental Academia reserves the right to limit or discontinue free demo class availability at any time.

05Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy:

• If you request a refund before your first class of the month, a full refund will be considered.
• If you have attended one or more classes in a given month, a partial refund may be considered, calculated based on the number of classes remaining versus classes attended.
• No refund will be issued after the 10th class of a given month has been attended, or after 50% of the month’s scheduled classes have been completed, whichever comes first.
• Refunds are not available for missed classes, absences, or classes you chose not to attend.

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

• You are absent without prior notice and classes were conducted as scheduled.
• You are removed from a course due to misconduct or violation of these terms.
• You enrolled in a course and did not attend without notifying Elemental Academia within 48 hours of your first scheduled class.
• The course was completed or substantially completed.
• Digital products purchased through Elemental AI — these are non-refundable once delivered.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify Elemental Academia via WhatsApp or email at least 5 days before the next billing period begins. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the fee for the following month being due.

Elemental Academia reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes due to unforeseen circumstances including instructor unavailability, technical issues, or emergencies. In such cases, affected classes will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. No refund is due for rescheduled classes that are conducted within a reasonable period.

06Student Conduct and Responsibilities

All students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during live classes and all interactions with Elemental Academia. This includes:

• Treating the instructor and fellow students with courtesy and respect
• Participating actively and honestly in class activities
• Refraining from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during classes
• Using respectful language in all communication with Elemental Academia

Students are responsible for attending their scheduled classes. Elemental Academia is not obligated to provide make-up classes for absences caused by the student. In group classes, classes proceed regardless of individual absences. For one-on-one classes, rescheduling may be arranged with at least 24 hours advance notice, subject to instructor availability.

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and any required software (such as Zoom or Google Meet) before classes begin. Elemental Academia is not responsible for class disruptions caused by a student’s technical issues. Such disruptions do not entitle the student to a refund or make-up class.

Elemental Academia reserves the right to remove a student from a course without refund if they engage in any of the following:

• Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior toward the instructor or other students
• Sharing course materials, recordings, or content without permission
• Attempting to record classes without prior written consent
• Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms

07Intellectual Property

All content on the Elemental Academia website and delivered through our courses is the intellectual property of Elemental Academia. This includes but is not limited to:

• Course materials, lesson plans, and teaching frameworks
• Free learning articles, blog posts, and guides
• PDFs, worksheets, and downloadable materials
• Elemental AI digital products including prompt packs, guides, and templates
• Website design, text, images, and structure
• The Elemental Academia and Elemental AI brand names and identities

Content provided by Elemental Academia is for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may use materials shared during classes or through free resources solely for your own learning purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission from Elemental Academia:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any course content or materials
• Share, resell, or redistribute any paid or free materials to others
• Record live classes through any means without written consent
• Use Elemental Academia content to create your own courses, products, or services
• Use the Elemental Academia or Elemental AI name, logo, or branding without authorization

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate removal from all courses and legal action where appropriate.

08Free Learning Resources

Elemental Academia provides free learning content including blog articles, PDFs, writing and speaking feedback, English challenges, IELTS band identification, and a Q&A section. These resources are subject to the following terms:

• Free resources are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
• Feedback provided through free services is general educational guidance and does not guarantee specific results or exam scores.
• Free learning content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed.
• Elemental Academia reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any free service at any time.

09Elemental AI Services

Elemental AI is the technology and AI education division of Elemental Academia. Services offered through Elemental AI include educational articles, AI-related courses, and digital products such as prompt packs, guides, and productivity templates.

All digital products sold through Elemental AI are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made accessible to the buyer. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Educational content published through Elemental AI is intended for informational and learning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the field of artificial intelligence evolves rapidly and some information may become outdated. Elemental Academia does not guarantee specific income outcomes or results from applying AI tools as described in our content.

10Results and Outcomes Disclaimer

Student results depend on individual effort, consistency, attendance, prior knowledge, and practice outside of class. Elemental Academia’s responsibility is to provide clear instruction, structured learning, and honest feedback — not to guarantee a specific outcome.

Any testimonials or examples of student progress shared on our website or social media represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of the same results for every student.

11WhatsApp and Communication Policy

Elemental Academia uses WhatsApp as its primary communication channel for enrollment, scheduling, and course support. By registering or contacting us through WhatsApp, you consent to receiving course-related messages through this channel.

You are responsible for maintaining an active and accessible WhatsApp number during your enrollment. Important communications including schedule changes, fee reminders, and enrollment confirmations will be sent via WhatsApp. Elemental Academia is not responsible for missed communications due to an inactive or inaccessible number.

We do not send unsolicited promotional messages. You may opt out of communication at any time by informing us directly.

12Website Use

You may use the Elemental Academia website for its intended purpose — to learn about our services, access free resources, register for courses, and contact us. Any use beyond this requires prior written permission.

You may not use this website to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content in bulk
• Impersonate Elemental Academia or its instructor
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s functioning

Elemental Academia makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of the website or its features.

13Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website contains links to third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. These links are provided for convenience and educational purposes. Elemental Academia does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elemental Academia and its instructor shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services
• Loss of data, income, or opportunity resulting from reliance on our content or services
• Technical failures, internet disruptions, or platform outages beyond our control
• Any outcome or result — including exam scores or career outcomes — that does not meet your expectations
• Actions or content of third-party platforms linked from our website

Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Elemental Academia in the month in which the issue arose.

15Privacy

Your use of Elemental Academia’s website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at elementalacademia.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

16Modifications to Terms

Elemental Academia reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students via WhatsApp or email.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

17Termination

Elemental Academia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that is harmful to other students, the instructor, or the reputation of Elemental Academia.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current enrollment period. If termination is initiated by Elemental Academia without cause, a pro-rated refund for unused classes in the current month will be provided.

18Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of Elemental Academia’s services shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication and good faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

19Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elemental Academia regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or verbal.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
